Left brainers are known for their logical thinking, organization, and attention to detail. They excel in tasks that require analysis, planning, and following rules.

On the other hand, right brainers are creative thinkers, often imaginative, intuitive, and good at seeing the big picture. They thrive in environments where they can innovate, think outside the box, and solve problems in unconventional ways.

Project managers, however, seem to inhabit a unique space, blending the structured approach of left brainers with the creative flexibility of right brainers. They must navigate complex technical requirements while also promoting innovation and adaptability within their teams. In essence, they are a hybrid category, embodying the best of both worlds to successfully lead software projects to fruition.
